K-Bird X SERVE배 배드민턴 대회는 대전 유성구 내 소재한 대학의 구성원이 한자리에 모여, 배드민턴을 매개로 건강한 경쟁과 활발한 교류의 장을 마련하고자 기획된 행사이다.
•
이번 대회는 단순한 승패를 가리는 경기를 넘어, 지역 내 대학 동아리 간의 네트워크 형성과 소통, 그리고 대학 배드민턴 문화의 활성화와 저변 확대라는 더 큰 목표를 지니고 있다.
•
The K-Bird X SERVE Cup Badminton Tournament is designed to bring together members of universities in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, to create a venue for healthy competition and active exchange through the sport of badminton.

This event aims to go beyond simply determining winners and losers, with a larger goal of fostering networks and communication among local university clubs and promoting and expanding the university badminton culture.

상황에 따라서 추가 모집 또는 조기 마감이 될 수 있음

모집 마감 후, 참가 팀 수 및 참가자 명단이 공개됨
•
위 기간까지 대학생 인증이 확인되지 않을 경우 부정 출전으로 간주, 자동으로 참가가 취소될 수 있다.
•
The registration period may be extended or closed early depending on the situation.
•
The final list of participating teams and players will be announced after registration closes.
•
If university affiliation is not verified by the deadline, the registration will be considered invalid and may be automatically canceled.
2-2. 참가 자격 | Eligibility
1.
대전 유성구 내 소재한 대학의 구성원 (학사, 석사, 박사, 교수님, 교직원, 휴학생 등 모두 참여 가능)
2.
본인 소속 대학 이외의 다른 대학 소속인 자와도 파트너를 이뤄 출전할 수 있다.

Members of universities located in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. (This includes undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, as well as professors, staff, and students on a leave of absence)
2.
Participants may form a partnership with a player from a different university.
2-3. 신청 방법 | How to Apply

소속 대학 동아리 모임 가입(권장, 없다면 무소속으로 출전)

“K-Bird X SERVE배 배드민턴 대회” 대회 선택하여 접수
•
대회 신청을 위해 대학교 구성원 인증이 필요하다.

Install the BF app and sign up.
2.
Join your university club.(Recommended. If you don’t have one, you can participate as an independent.)
3.
Select and register for the “K-Bird X SERVE Badminton Tournament.”
•
Verification as a university member is required to apply for the tournament.
2-4. 참가비 | Registration Fee

팀당 30,000원
•

팀원 중 한 사람이 대표로 입금

KRW 30,000 per team.

•
One team member should make the payment on behalf of the team.
2-5. 참가비 환불 규정 | Refund Policy
부정출전 적발 시, 해당 팀 급수 변동 불가 &선수교체 불가 &출전 취소 처리 &환불 불가
Upon discovery of any eligibility violations or fraudulent entry, the offending team will be immediately disqualified from the competition. No player substitutions or changes to the team's division will be permitted, and the registration fee will be forfeited.

2-7. 급수별 상세 참가 자격
•
배프에 재학 증명서 인증이 된 자
•
배드민턴 급수가 있는 사람(초심제외)의 경우는 1부로 참여해야한다.
•
남자복식 또는 여자복식, 혼합복식 중복 지원 가능.
•
혼복의 경우 남자 파트너와 여자 파트너의 급수 중 높은 급수로 출전해야한다.
•
급수 상향 지원 가능, 하향 지원 불가
ex) 여복 2부 출전 기준인 자가 1부로 상향 지원 가능
ex) 남복 1부 출전 기준인 자가 2부로 하향 지원 불가
•
타 대학 간 연합 팀 구성 가능(조인 가능)
•
각 종목에서 출전 팀이 8팀 이하일 경우, 상위 급수와 통합한다.(1부 제외)
•
혼복, 여복, 남복 구분없이 모두 같은 급수 기준으로 적용된다.
•
원활하고 공정한 진행을 위하여 운영진에 의해 일부 급수 조정될 수 있다.
•
개인이 판단하기에 애매한 경우 문의를 통해 출전 가능 급수를 확인 요망

Individuals with a badminton rank (excluding beginners) must participate in Division 1.(Excluding First Class)
•
Applying to Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles simultaneously is permitted.
•
In the case of Mixed Doubles, the team must compete in the higher division between the male and female partners.
•
Applying to higher division is possible, applying to a lower division is not permitted.

ex) A player who qualifies for Women's Doubles Division 2 can apply up to Division 1.
◦
ex) A player who qualifies for Men's Doubles Division 1 cannot apply down to Division 2.
•
Forming a combined team with players from other universities is possible (joining is allowed).
•
If there are 8 or fewer teams in any event, it will be merged with the next higher division.
•
The same division standards apply to all events, without distinction between Mixed, Women's, and Men's Doubles.
•
For the purpose of smooth and fair proceedings, some divisions may be adjusted by the tournament staff.
•
If your division is ambiguous or difficult to determine on your own, please make an inquiry to confirm your eligible division.

- Players who can execute most strokes (serve, drive, clear, push, receive, smash).
- Understands rotation but is not yet proficient in executing it.

3부(Third Class) | - 일부 스트로크(서브, 드라이브, 클리어, 푸시, 리시브)를 구사할 수 있으나 모든 배드민턴 기술이 습득되지 않은 자
- 배드민턴의 기본 장구류가 갖춰져 있는 자
** 배드민턴 입문자도 부담없이 참가할 수 있는 종목이다.
- Can execute some strokes (serve, drive, clear, push, receive) but has not mastered all badminton techniques.
- Has basic badminton equipment.
** Badminton is a sport that even beginners can participate in without any burden. |
3. 대회 운영 | Tournament Operations
3-0. 대진표 공개 일정 | Bracket Release Schedule

•
원활한 대회 진행을 위해 참가자는 사전에 대진을 확인해야 한다.
•
Scheduled for release on October 30, 2025 (Thursday).
•
To ensure smooth competition, participants are requested to check the brackets in advance.
3-1. 경기 방법 | Match Format
•
예선 리그전 후 본선 토너먼트로 실시하되 경우에 따라 주최측 판단하에 변경할 수 있다.
•
The tournament will be held with a preliminary round-robin followed by a main tournament, but this can be changed at the organizers' discretion depending on the circumstances.
•
For efficient tournament operation, the event is planned to proceed with a real-time court assignment method rather than a pre-assigned court system.
3-2. 점수 규정 | Scoring Rules
•
[예선] : 남복, 여복, 혼복 - 21점 1세트 (듀스 있음, 최대 25점)
* 승패가 동일한 경우, 다승 > 승자승 > 득실차 > 연령순으로 순위를 결정한다.
* 3개 또는 4개의 팀이 한 그룹으로 구성되며, 그룹에서 1위를 한 팀이 본선에 진출
•
[본선] : 남복, 여복, 혼복 - 25점 1세트 (듀스 있음, 최대 29점)
•
[Preliminaries] : Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles - One 21-point game (with deuce, 25-point cap).
*If there is a tie in the win-loss record, the ranking will be determined in the following order: total wins > head-to-head result > point difference > age order.
*Each group will consist of 3 or 4 teams, and the team that places 1st in the group will advance to the main tournament.

[Main Tournament] : Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles - One 25-point game (with deuce, 29-point cap).
3-3. 심판 규정 | Referee Regulations
•
대회 첫 게임은 K-Bird & SERVE 임원진이 심판을 본다.
•
이후 게임은 진 팀이 심판을 본다.
•
본선은 각 게임당 K-Bird & SERVE 임원진 2명을 배치하여 심판을 본다.
•
The first game of the tournament will be refereed by the K-Bird & SERVE staff.
•
For all subsequent games, the losing team will referee the next match.
•
For the main tournament/playoff matches, two staff members from K-Bird & SERVE will be assigned to referee each game.
3-4. 실격패 규정 | Forfeit by Default Rule
•
전 경기가 종료된 후, 5분 이내에 코트 안에 팀의 모든 선수가 없을 경우, 실격패 처리 가능
•
If a team's players are not on the court within 5 minutes of the conclusion of the preceding match, they may be disqualified by default.
3-5. 몰수패 규정 | Forfeit by Disqualification Rule
•
부정 출전 또는 스포츠맨쉽에 어긋나는 행동을 하였을 경우, 심판 또는 주최자의 판단에 따라 몰수패 처리 가능
•
대회 당일 급수 현장 이의제기는 불가능하며, 대리 출전의 경우 경기 시작 전 심판과 주최측에 문제 요청 제기가 가능
•
A team may be disqualified at the discretion of the referee or organizers for participating with ineligible players or for unsportsmanlike conduct.
•
On-site objections to the number of meeting areas are not possible. For large meetings, issues related to the meeting can be raised before the meeting begins.

식사는 경기장 내부에서가 아닌, 스포츠컴플렉스 2층 관람석에서 진행해주시기 바랍니다.
•
깨끗한 시설 이용을 위해 뒷정리에 신경 써 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
•
Bringing in and consuming food within the gymnasium is prohibited (light snacks are permitted).
•
Please properly dispose of recyclables and leftover beverages.
•
Meals should be consumed in the 2nd-floor spectator area of the Sports Complex, not inside the gymnasium.
•
To keep the facility clean, we would appreciate it if you could please take care to clean up after yourself.

Please refrain from excessive noise during matches.

4-7. 기타 안내사항 | Other Information
•
대회 중 발생하는 모든 상해사고 및 기타 사고와 관련하여 주최 측은 일체의 책임을 지지 않는다.
•
경기 시간이 단축될 수 있으므로 참가자들은 경기 예상 시간보다 1시간 일찍 도착하는 것을 권장한다.
•
대회 중 발생하는 공문에 적시되지 않은 상황은 주최측의 임의적인 결정으로 대회를 진행한다.
•
대회 실시간 경기 결과는 배프 어플을 통해 확인한다.
•
대회 중 문의 사항은 대회 본부석에 문의한다.
•
종목 출전 수에는 제한이 없다.
•
체육관에서의 음주 및 흡연을 금지하며, 흡연의 경우 체육관 밖 흡연장소에서 흡연을 한다.
•
The organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the tournament.
•
Participants are advised to arrive at least one hour before their scheduled match time, as the matches may end earlier than expected
•
Any situations not explicitly covered in this announcement will be handled at the discretion of the organizers.
•
Real-time match results can be checked via the BF app.
•
For questions during the tournament, please visit the tournament headquarters desk.
•
There is no limit to the number of events a player can enter.
•
Drinking and smoking are prohibited in the gym. If smoking is required, please smoke in the designated smoking area outside the gym.
